This guide is for central fill pharmacies. Connections must be established before a dispensing pharmacy can send you central fill orders.

Overview

The Connections page is a two-panel interface. The left panel shows all pharmacies available to connect with, and the right panel shows your currently connected pharmacies. Navigate to Compounding → Central Fill → Manage Connections.

Adding a Connection

Find the pharmacy

Browse the Select Pharmacies to Connect panel on the left, or use the search bar to find a specific pharmacy by name.

Select the pharmacy

Click on a pharmacy to select it. You can select multiple pharmacies at once.

Connect

Click Connect Selected Pharmacies. The selected pharmacies will immediately appear in the Connected Pharmacies panel on the right.
You can connect multiple pharmacies in a single action — select as many as needed before clicking Connect Selected Pharmacies.

Removing a Connection

In the Connected Pharmacies panel on the right, click Remove next to the pharmacy you want to disconnect.
Removing a connection will prevent that dispensing pharmacy from sending you new orders. Any orders already submitted will not be affected.
