This guide is for pharmacy staff who have been added to PharmaTools by their account manager. You do not need to sign up — your account has already been created for you.
What to Expect
When your account manager adds you as an employee, you will receive an email containing a randomly generated passkey. This is a temporary passkey for your first login. The pharmacy login credentials (email address and pharmacy password) are shared across all staff. Ask your account manager for these if you don’t already have them.
Logging In for the First Time
Go to pharmatools.ca/signin (or visit pharmatools.ca and click Sign In). All three credentials are entered on a single login screen:Pharmacy Email
The shared pharmacy email address used as the master account login. Ask your account manager if you don’t have it.
Pharmacy Password
The shared pharmacy password used by all staff. Ask your account manager if you don’t have it.
Your Passkey
The randomly generated passkey sent to your personal email when your account was created. This identifies you within the shared account.
Changing Your Passkey
Once logged in, you should update your passkey to something personal and memorable. Your passkey is your individual identifier — it is how PharmaTools logs which staff member performed which action.Passkey Requirements
- Must be unique to you — do not reuse a colleague’s passkey
- Can be updated at any time from Settings → Profile
