Your fax numbers is the landing page of the Partner Portal. Each row is a fax profile — a number, the license key that activates it in the customer’s software, and its current state. Use the search box to find a profile by name or number, and the All / Active / Inactive / Pending tabs to filter. If a port is in flight, a banner at the top of the page tells you how many numbers are on the way; they appear in this list automatically once the port completes.

Managing a profile

Click the pencil icon on any row to open the profile drawer. It has three tabs.

Settings

Rename the profile, and toggle Active / Inactive to start or pause fax delivery. The fax number itself is read-only. The Danger Zone at the bottom holds Remove fax profile. Removing a profile is permanent — the license key stops working immediately and cannot be restored. If you only need to pause a customer, deactivate instead.

Activity

A live feed of fax API events on this number — queued faxes, their timestamps, and the destination number. Leave Hide empty polls checked to filter out routine status checks and see only real traffic. This is the fastest way to confirm whether a customer’s send actually reached us.

Activity tab: recent fax API events for a single number

Access

Shows which members of your organization can use this number. To share access, invite teammates from the Team tab in Account Settings.

Rename profiles to something your team will recognize at a glance — the pharmacy name usually beats the number.

FAQ

On the fax profiles list, click the eye icon in the License Key column to reveal it. Keys are masked by default so they aren’t exposed on a shared screen.
Open the profile, confirm the status toggle is Active, then check the Activity tab for queued events on that number. If nothing appears there, the send never reached us — look at the customer’s software configuration and license key before escalating.
Deactivate for anything temporary — a customer pausing service, a billing hold, a number you may bring back. Removal is permanent and the license key stops working immediately.
Numbers can’t be edited after provisioning. If a customer needs a different number, provision a new profile or submit a port request.
Ported numbers appear here automatically once the port completes. Until then they sit under Pending and on the Port Status page.
Invite them from the Team tab in Account Settings; the Access tab on each profile shows who currently has it.
